The Hahn AT-G is a successor model developed for lightweight main and side entrance doors made of aluminum profiles. The 2-piece door hinge supports doors weighing up to 90 kg and is adjustable in 6 directions. All adjustments are made on the hinged door leaf. The door height can be adjusted between +3 mm and –2 mm. The horizontal adjustment range is ±5 mm. Adjustments can be made continuously as needed. The sealing pressure can be reduced by –2.5 mm or increased by +2.5 mm. High pre-assembly reduces workshop processing time.
The Hahn AT-G is compatible with recessed profile systems and profiles with recesses between 3.5 mm – 13 mm and is suitable for most profile systems used in main entrance doors. Two different hinge base widths are available for frame attachment. The hinge can be mounted directly without any fixing plates for single- and multi-chamber systems. The center distance is 68.5 mm for all hinge variants (half measure 0) and remains the same as the previous model
