The MHS400 smart motorized lift-and-slide drive system effortlessly automates window facades up to 13 meters wide, providing maximum operational comfort. The powerful mechanism unlocks, lifts, and slides the sash to open, or lowers, slides, and securely locks it to close.

The system can be controlled not only with a single button but also very easily via the free SIEGENIA Comfort app. The integrated WLAN module creates its own wireless network and can also be seamlessly connected to the home network if desired.
