PORTAL PSK 160 Comfort


Compatible with sash weights up to 160 kg for wood, PVC and aluminum elements. The new PSK Comfort generation offers a completely new equipment concept that makes operation more intuitive and installation easier. Thanks to intuitive comfort components, all customer demands can be met safely and flexibly. In addition, a solution specifically developed for aluminum profiles is offered with PORTAL PSK 160 Comfort ALU.

Linkage Lever Slide Mechanism

Quiet and smooth sliding motion.

Two long and smoothly running slides are synchronized via a linkage lever. This allows the wing to be guided more stably and evenly, increasing movement comfort.

Trigger Mechanism

Smooth and balanced opening and closing.

On the locking side, a special trigger mechanism within the carrier rail and a stop buffer integrated into the guide rail work synchronously to ensure smooth and controlled movement of the sash.

Additionally, there is a stopper at the bottom of the hinge side and an additional stop buffer at the top. This structure ensures that the sash stops evenly at the top and bottom points, preventing bending or deformation in the event of an impact.

Stop pad, safe stopping...

The stop pad, integrated into the guide rail on the hinge side, stops the slide mechanism and thus the sash particularly smoothly at the top and bottom points.

An additional stop pad located on the locking side acts as an extra trigger mechanism, allowing the sash to open and close more smoothly and controllably.

Auxiliary Braking Mechanisms

Additional brakes, positioned diagonally on the upper part of the locking side and the lower part of the opposite side, slow the wing down in a controlled manner. This allows the wing to move smoothly and prevents excessive opening or hard impact (overshoot).

Carrier and Guiding Rail

The guiding rail works in conjunction with the robust carrier rail to ensure smooth and stable movement of the sash.

Sash weights of up to 200 kg are safely and smoothly guided along the correct path thanks to the rail system, thus guaranteeing high performance and long service life.
