Depending on the profile design, it has a load capacity of up to 140 kg. The further development of the Hahn Series 60 AT has optimized and perfected its design. With wide installation options, door installers can fully adapt the hinge design to the mounting situation. For example, single-chamber systems use mounting plates, while multi-chamber systems with a minimum wall thickness of 1.6 mm or more use the Hahn anchor screw as the preferred method.
Special requirements, such as pressure-sensitive or coated profile sections, can be ideally addressed with the Hahn screw anchor. With the new design, door leaves can move horizontally ±2.5 mm due to structural changes. Vertically, the hinge can be adjusted +3 mm and –2 mm. A major advantage for door installers is that in most cases, doors no longer need to be removed to adjust the sealing pressure.
