Concealed clamp hinge for public and private buildings
The VL-Band G is the first door hinge in the Hahn VL system that securely holds the door in place using only clamping elements. Drilling or milling of the door profile is no longer required. The hinge is suitable for system profiles with Euronut or a 16 mm groove, providing flexible application options with minimal installation effort.
In the standard version, the innovative door technology offers a load capacity of up to 120 kg. Two high-quality hinges allow precise and easy alignment of the installed door leaf. Wide adjustment ranges are available: ±3.5 mm vertically and +4.5 mm / –2.7 mm horizontally. The sealing pressure can also be adjusted by ±0.3 mm.
All adjustments can be made easily by a single person. Practical markings on the hinges clearly indicate any positional changes. Only two different key sizes are required for adjustments, ensuring a fast and simple setup.
All hinge features are also maintained in the special version designed for 16 mm groove profiles. The difference is that the plates on the door are fixed with the supplied drilling screws.
